Organisational Succession Institute
Research led work on organisational succession; continuity; and stewardship.
OSI is an independent research institute dedicated to the study of how leadership, ownership, and responsibility transfer within organisations over time. We focus on the structural, psychological, and relational conditions that shape continuity, legitimacy, and performance; particularly in owner led, family controlled, and mission driven organisations.
Structural
Governance; ownership; operating architecture; and decision rights.
Psychological
Identity; trust; narrative; and the behavioural conditions that shape transition.
Relational
Family systems; stakeholder dynamics; conflict; and cohesion across generations.
