What OSI is
The Organisational Succession Institute is an independent research initiative studying how leadership, authority and responsibility transfer within organisations over time. The work integrates structural design, psychology and relational dynamics; with a focus on owner led, family controlled and mission driven institutions. Outputs are published through a working paper series intended for academic discussion and future empirical testing.
The OSI Model
The model is used to frame research design and organisational diagnosis; across the phases of transition.

The working paper series is sequential; later papers build the conceptual and empirical programme.
Research programme
Programme 1
Conceptual foundations; definitions, typologies, and core mechanisms of succession.
Programme 2
Measurement and diagnosis; operationalising SPR into an assessment framework.
Programme 3
Outcomes and continuity; links between succession conditions and organisational performance over time.
Institutional status
OSI operates as an independent research initiative. Formal institutional registration is in progress; governance and trustee appointments will be published once established. Research outputs are published openly through the OSI Working Paper Series; with separation between research activity and any private advisory work.
